Maria Theuerkauff
I graduated from Technical University in 2006 and started my career as a Recruiter in an international company in Moscow that went public through an IPO. Later, with my colleagues, I founded the Recruitment Agency STAFF ONLY, where we had the pleasure of working with booming fashion brands in Retail such as Nike, Geox, IKEA, and contributed to expanding the business of Bridgestone.
In 2015, I embarked on a new chapter with a move to Germany, focusing on technical recruitment. Working as an External Recruiter for the Huawei R&D center served as my technical school, where I gained knowledge of low-level languages like C++ and delved into 3D rendering. Continuing my journey with the Hamburg-based Recruitment Agency Talent Gate Solution, I worked with tech-driven companies. During the challenging times of the Corona pandemic, I had the opportunity to work with Zeile7, an IT consultancy, where we focused on MVP projects for Bertelsmann Venture, among others.
In 2020-2021, I joined LinkedIn Dublin via Alexander Mann Solutions as a Lead Sourcing Specialist. From 2021 until now, I have been working as an Interim Recruiter for Lukso – a new creative economy based on blockchain technology and different startup companies in Berlin or Europe.
Maya Nägler
I started my career in 2003 in a technical startup, ‘Sibius,’ in Novosibirsk, known to be a tech hub. Later, I transferred to the head office of Sibius and participated in the establishment of the business in the capital, including staff recruitment. I worked for Wild, now ADM, focusing on business development and managing nationwide projects with world-leading retailers.
I am a graduate of the School of Business, Economics, and Social Sciences at the University of Hamburg, holding a Master of Arts degree. My knowledge extends to European Labour and Social Relations, labour policies, and industrial relations in the European Union. After my studies, I jumped to DESY, one of the world’s leading accelerator centres, where I worked for the funding agency of scientific projects, administering international funding campaigns in the scientific and technological areas, expanding my network in this field.
I joined Staff Only with the intention of sharing my experiences. I love meeting new people and am a natural networker.
