HR Business Partner – Global Digital Team

We’re in search of an HR Business Partner to collaborate with our remote, globally dispersed multinational teams, shaping a dynamic and thriving workplace.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effectiveness of personnel within the business unit, aligning their efforts with the company’s strategic goals and financial targets.
  • Oversee staffing to ensure the business unit has the right number of well-integrated, satisfied employees.
  • Cultivate employee engagement and retention, fostering a motivating work environment that inspires commitment and responsibility.
  • Implement and enforce HR processes within the business unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and measure manager and employee satisfaction within the business unit regarding HR functions.

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience: 2-3+ years of successful experience in a similar HR BP/HRD position within an international digital/IT/product company.
  • HR Processes: Proficiency in implementing and executing basic employee lifecycle HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, training, development, succession planning, termination, and performance evaluation.
  • Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets for salaries, benefits, turnover, employee engagement, and loyalty, providing measurable impact examples.
  • Coaching: Experience in coaching managers with direct reports or in the area of responsibility.
  • Problem Solver: A proactive problem solver willing to take responsibility.
  • Motivation: Driven by development, achievement, and ideas rather than solely material or process-driven incentives.
  • Persistence: Highly persistent, not easily deterred, with a track record of achieving results.
  • Goal-oriented: Numbers, facts, and figures are your language; you think in terms of achieving tangible outcomes.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to navigate complex HR initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Highly stress-resistant, thriving in situations of uncertainty and multitasking.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C2), ideally bilingual with proficiency in Russian.
